A veteran house on the bed board, staff notes on the chart, and a roster that separates program from funding. HUD-VASH, GPD, and SSVF are not the same kind of help.

Program, funding, and the resident’s share.

Staff can label a house and record a program and a funding note. In the field, HUD-VASH is a monthly rental voucher with VA case management, GPD is provider per diem for transitional housing, and SSVF can include temporary financial assistance. Dorian stores those labels. For a monthly rental subsidy only, it can split the subsidy from the resident’s share of rent. It does not decide VA eligibility, file a VA claim, administer a grant, invoice per diem, or send data to HMIS.

Subsidy and the resident’s share

Veteran house mode splits the housing subsidy from the resident’s portion of rent, so the two amounts are not lumped into one number.

The rest of the house record

Census and beds, intake and consents, the resident phone portal, and cash receipts are the same tools used in other houses. The portal runs in a phone browser on iPhone and Android. It is not an app-store download.

Daily operations

Chores, passes, drug testing, medications including MAT, and incidents can be recorded here too. A journal CSV goes to an accountant. It is not a full replacement for QuickBooks, and it is not an IIF file.

Included configuration is already in Settings: organization name, curfews, meeting and testing targets, fees, and house rules. Optional onboarding assistance is listed at $249. It is help using those settings, it is not required, and this website does not charge it. Custom development is a separate scoped build for that customer. It is not included configuration, and it is not a self-serve form builder.

What this is not

Dorian Recovery does not file VA claims and does not determine VA eligibility. It does not administer a grant, invoice per diem, or submit to HMIS. It is not a Department of Veterans Affairs system, and nothing on this site says the VA endorses it. Naming HUD-VASH, GPD, and SSVF only describes houses an operator may record. It is not a claim form, a grant draw, or an eligibility decision.

Consent-gated disclosures, staff roles, encrypted uploads, and an audit log are described on Security and safeguards. There is no public clickable login demo. Watch the demo walkthrough.
